Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

The Product Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for product leadership, planning, development, test support and market rollout of UNIO’s NTN-TN platform throughout the product lifecycle.

You will develop a vision and roadmap for the product, based on prior and ongoing input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your industry insight.
You will work closely with our software engineering teams and external partners to deliver the product(s) aligned with UNIO’s vision meeting customer requirements and market demand-side pull delivering to consistently cost-effective high-quality and performance standards.
You will develop market forecasts for the product(s) based on UNIO’s commercial marketing and sales team while, in parallel, managing the product(s) successful rollout and customer deliveries.
Your responsibilities, in close collaboration with UNIO’s commercial team, will extend to identifying key benefits and end-to-end value of the product(s), translating customer requirements into development applications supported by customer user experience excitement and dovetailing these data points back into the product(s) continuing evolution. These inputs will directly support the maintenance of UNIO’s marketing and communications plans extending into and collateral areas of interest and market traction (including web updates, product training materials and sales training).

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Systems, Physics, or related fields
Prior experience in commercial business development within the mobility sector (logistics, agriculture, automotive)
Strong skills in technico-commercial business development and customer relationship management
Competency and fluency in AI, DNN, and Edge device applications relevant to various mobility sector verticals
3-5 years of experience in Product management within automotive, modem/telecommunications, semiconductor, or related industries
Demonstrated responsibility in project planning, reporting, and product management
Proficiency in data and market analysis, as well as supply chain management
Knowledge and familiarity with underlying technology stack, APIs, and end-to-end architectural components
Customer-oriented team leadership with exceptional communication skills and extensive engineering and commercial background in microelectronic products
Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation, coupled with the ability to anticipate and manage technical challenges and business opportunities proactively
Collaboration with engineering, marketing, and operational stakeholders (both internal developers and external customers) to ensure product alignment, feature implementation, design enhancements, and overall product enhancement
Advanced risk management skills encompassing end-to-end product development, ownership, and deployment, including aspects related to the supply chain, resource allocation, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
Fluent in German and English
